Former Playboy Playmate, Anna Nicole Smith, aged 39, died suddenly on Thursday in a Florida hotel. When she was 26, she first married the oil business executive; J. Howard Marhsall aged 89 years, which found her entangled in a legal battle over her share of his estate.
After she gave birth to her daughter Dannielyn Hope Marshall Stern, her 20 year old son, Daneil died in a Bahamas hospital. Her ex-boyfriend Larry Birkhead had filed a paternity suit over the baby girl. She was ordered to have her daughter undergo a paternity test by February 21. Smith claimed that the baby was born from her husband Howard K. Stern.
