James Cameron may have lost out to ex-wife Kathryn Bigelow at the Critics' Choice Awards, but there was just no stopping him from striking gold at the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards, where he took home two of the event's most coveted prizes. He was named Best Director for the absolutely awe-inspiring Avatar, which obviously bagged the Best Motion Picture/Drama honour. Jeff Bridges was honoured Best Actor/Drama for his performance in Crazy Heart while the Best Actress awards went to Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep for Blind Side and Julie & Julia respectively.The Hangover won the other top movie award for Comedy or Musical while Robert Downey Jr. took home the Best Actor/Comedy or Musical Award for Sherlock Holmes.
