Victoria Beckham is mulling over returning to the famous TV series “Ugly Betty” after her successful cameo role in it last year.
Last year, she appeared in this sitcom playing herself as a bridesmaid for Wilhelmina Slater, played by the Dance With Me star Vanessa Williams. The ratings for the show went up with Victoria’s appearance. So the makers of this TV series have requested her to be a regular guest of this sitcom.
Sitcoms in America are known to spring surprises by bringing celebrities in cameo roles. Some famous sitcoms and their celebrity cameos that are remembered even today are: “Different Strokes” and Janet Jackson and Muhammad Ali’s appearances in it. Then we have the unforgettable “Happy Days” and Tom Hanks' cameo in it.
“Ugly Betty” is doing its share for this cameo-in-sitcom culture. It has so far featured Naomi Campbell, Lindsay Lohan, Victoria Beckham and the likes. In fact, this show is becoming more popular for its celebrity cameos.
