Commemorating Bond creator Ian Fleming’s centenary this year, British novelist Sebastian Faulks came out with the latest 007 book titled 'Devil May Care'. The plot picks up where Ian left off in his last book. In May, it was said that Eon productions was considering turning the book into a movie, but now word has it that these plans have been shelved because of the old-fashioned plot and setting. Bond producer Barbara Broccoli says, "Devil May Care is a period book which is set in the 1960s and it really wouldn't fit as one of the films that Eon has been producing recently."
