It was rumoured that Christopher Nolan had plans to rope in Angelina Jolie to play Catwoman in his next instalment of the Batman franchise. But now word has it he wants singer Cher for the role instead!
Christopher is reportedly planning to portray Catwoman as an ageing femme fatale and hence has chosen 62-year-old Cher for the part. A source said, "Cher is Nolan's first choice to play Catwoman. He wants to portray her like a vamp in her twilight years. The new Catwoman will be the absolute opposite of Michelle Pfeiffer and Halle Berry's creations."
