The 62 year-old singer refused to divulge the reason for her visit and attempted to avoid being clicked by covering her face with a curtain of her long black hair! Cher has already admitted to having spent a ‘small fortune’ on various surgical procedures including a breast enlargement, face lift and nose job, and has labelled herself the "plastic surgery poster girl". Did she visit the medical buildings on Bedford Boulevard in Beverly Hills to get yet another body boost?
