Christian Bale was arrested in London last month because he was accused of having attacked his mother Jenny, 61, and sister, Sharon, 40, at the city's Dorchester Hotel before the British premiere of The Dark Knight. However, after extensive questioning by the U.K. police over the incident, he was released on bail. Now British Crown Prosecution Service lawyers have advised police to ‘caution’ the actor, which means he will not face charges if he admits having assaulted his mother and sister, when he answers bail next month. However, Christian currently denies the allegations vehemently.
