After years of battling anorexia that set in during her teen years, Christina Ricci is at last confident that she has come out of it and that she can now help young girls suffering from the eating disorder. She has registered for a series of online classes to become a certified counsellor to girls struggling with their self-esteem.
"Christina went through hell and back growing up. For years, she struggled with her self-esteem, so she knows how hard it is for young girls. And now, she hopes to learn how she can help them get better without having to go through all the pain she did as a child," a person close to the actress said.
