Paul WS Anderson and Jeremy Bolt, the producers of the upcoming movie Death Race have been accused of copyright infringement by writer Adam Stone.
Adam Stone claims that this film which stars Jason Statham and Joan Allen, is based on a script he previously narrated to Paul and Jereny. Death Race is supposed to be a remake of the 1975 film, Death Race 2000, but Adam adamently claims it is based on his movie Joust. According to the lawsuit, Adam is seeking a court order to stop the film's release, which is this Friday!
