The Cuban-American actress claims that counselling was looked down upon when she grew up, but as an adult, she has discovered the benefits of sharing her problems. "I love therapy. It has just enriched my life. I come from a family, from a heritage where you don't really go to therapy unless you're crazy. I want people to know that that's so not the case. It's enriching," she said.
