Gerard Butler will be investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department following a charge against the actor by a photographer.
The photographer claims that he had been tailing Gerard’s car after the actor stepped out of a bar in LA. He then claims that after driving a while, Gerard stepped out of his vehicle, approached him and gave him several punches that resulted in a cut lip, requiring sutures.
Gerard and his attorney are yet to comment.
