Former model Heather Mills, who won £24.3 million in her divorce settlement from Beatles legend Sir Paul McCartney, was in the news recently when she splashed over £2.5 million on a New York apartment and is now hoping to buy a property in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills.
Heather's search has so far been unsuccessful and she is reportedly enraged with her real estate agents who are ignoring her strict budget of "no more than £500,000". A source said: "She has registered with Prudential Realty and is giving them a really hard time, because she will only pay £500,000 and refuses to budge. They've been showing her places for £550,000 or £600,000 and she'll get mad, telling them, 'I said £500,000 and not over.' "
