Former Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm, otherwise called Sporty Spice, has confirmed that she’s pregnant. Only a fortnight ago, she had said that she had no plans for a child. Her exact words were, “Everybody asks whether I’m going to be next or whether I’m trying. I hate to disappoint people, but the answer is ‘no’.” Now however, she had officially announced that she and her long-time boyfriend Thomas Starr are expecting a baby. “Mel’s absolutely delighted with the news,” a good friend to the singer said.
