Jay-Z demanded a watermelon be carved in the shape of wife Beyonce Knowles' bust during his stay in Africa when he had gone to perform at the THISDAY Festival, Nigeria. The rapper wanted the bizarre sculpture to be displayed in the£2,500-a-night hotel room where he was staying.
A member of the hotel’s staff said, "One giant watermelon was split in two and ornately carved into a mould of Beyonce's bust at the urgent request of her husband Jay-Z!” Everyone who knew about this, did not know what to make of it, but his request was fulfilled, nevertheless!
