In December last year, Jennifer Love Hewitt filed a petition against David Nolte, aged 62, stating that she feared for the safety of herself and her family after David showed up at her mom’s house with letters and flowers. The scary part was contained in the letters. David’s letters described "delusional and violent fantasies about having sexual relations with Ms. Hewitt marring her, impaling her and envisioning her fiancé with his head blown off," the court documents said. Jennifer also received plane tickets to Australia and an itinerary for the trip from David for them. All this having been proven, an LA court issued a restraining order to David, bidding him to keep away from Jennifer, her fiancé and her mother.
