Just three months after giving birth to her baby girl, Jessica Alba is one sexy mommy!
The actress revealed her sizzling bikini body while vacationing in Mexico. Ramona Braganza, her trainer, is the person behind all the weight loss. Ramona revealed that Jessica has lost up to 25 pounds as a result of consistent workouts since the birth of baby Honor Marie on June 7. "She worked out an hour a day, five or six days a week, and stayed on a strict diet of about 1700 calories a day, losing 600 calories because of exercise."
Jessica stuck to a low-fat, low-carb diet as part of Ramona's 321 Baby Bulge Be Gone 12-week and is now adhering to more of her longtime trainer's advice. "Take some time off and enjoy your body. It's good to treat yourself after all that hard work." Even on vacation, Jessica is playing it safe – no pigging out. "She loves to move," says Ramona. "She swam and played volleyball, but she was out of the gym and enjoying herself."
