Keanu was so impressed with a cookbook, Molecular Gastronomy: Exploring the Science of Flavour by famed French chef Herve, who uses science to perfect his culinary skills. And the actor insists that it was this cookbook that sparked off his interest in cooking; ever since he read the book, he has been experimenting in the kitchen.
He says, "I'm dabbling in it and looking at becoming a chef. He is fantastic. I didn't really cook before but this book may be changing my life."
