The OC starlet Mischa Barton found herself facing a charge for four misdemeanors last year -- twice for driving under the influence of alcohol, once for possession of marijuana and once for driving without a license.
The young star was notified about the charge early last week; her lawyer has been quite busy on the case and with the media. The star herself is yet to comment on the issue. However, the police are making no special allowance for her, strictly adhering to the law. It’s about time Mischa gave some though to staying out of trouble. Get a chauffeur, girl!
