Anna Nicole Smith, who died earlier this month, will be buried alongside her son in Bahamas. The custody of her body has been given to the court-appointed guardian of her infant daughter, Dannielynn by a Florida District Court Judge Larry Seidlin on Thursday. "I want her buried with her son in the Bahamas," said the judge.
Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel died last year while visiting her mother after she gave birth to a daughter in September in Bahamas. Nicole's mother, Virgie Arthur and her final companion, Howard K. Stern, were fighting for their rights to take her remains for burial near to their homes; this resulted in the delay of her burial, with her body reportedly decomposing in the morgue of the Broward County Medical Examiner.
Seidlin had ordered Milstein to consult Smith's mother Virgie Arthur, her former boyfriend Larry Birkhead and her final companion Howard K. Stern with regard to the burial arrangements.
