A few days ago, Robert De Niro alighted at Massachusetts to begin filming for Edge of Darkness that has him alongside Mel Gibson, who has not acted in a movie in six years! Robert, who was seen shooting for the film at the Gannon Golf Club, is supposed to have quit the film shortly after. The movie is directed by Martin Campbell. As for the reason for his departure, a spokesman for the actor said, "Sometimes things don't work out; it's called creative differences."
