Born with no shin bones, Ammie lost both legs by the age of one. However, she worked her way to the top and emerged winner in the 100 m, 200 m and long jump in the 1996 Paralympics with her sheer determination and self-motivation. She has even forged a lucrative career in modelling and has appeared on the cover of top fashion mags. She has been rated by People’s Magazine as one of the 'world’s most beautiful women'.
And now, weighing heavily on top of her list of achievements is her fledgling romance with Sir Salman!
