Looks like Sharon Stone can never do anything right, as far as PETA goes! The actress has once again evoked the wrath of the animal’s rights organization following a revelation by a co-star from her 1981 horror flick.
Acting legend Ernest Borgnine claims Sharon - his co-star in 1981 horror film Deadly Blessing - insisted a tarantula have its pincers removed before she would shoot a scene with it. "Sharon wanted the spider's pincers removed", he said.
And of course PETA bosses heard about it and are furious with her. Spokesperson Ingrid Newkirk says, "She chose to make a tiny insect an amputee. Perhaps she should change her name legally to 'Heart of Stone'" First it was the Chinese Karma, then the fur wear and now this!
