Is it 'Tina out and Rihanna in' in singer Chris Brown's life? At least, that is what it appears. Brown recently fired his manager Tina Davis after media reports claimed she was responsible for Brown's spat with girl friend Rihanna.

Earlier, media reports stated that the 40-year-old Davis earlier had an affair with the 19-year-old singer. Though Davis denied it firmly, her involvement in the spat between Brown and Rihanna was highlighted by the media time and again. In response to criticism from media and fans, Brown has finally bid goodbye to his manager. A source close to the singer said, “Brown is looking for a new team, starting with his manager Tina Davis.”

So, Tina Davis is out. What about Rihanna? Is she really into Brown's life again? Not yet, is the answer. Reports state that Brown and Rihanna have not met each other after they patched up at Sean Comb's mansion in Miami. According to a close source, Rihanna's team is compelling her to dump Brown. "They want her to stand her ground. If she goes back to him, it would be a classic abuse case and impact her ability to be the strong, independent woman that her fans think she is and that her songs say she is,” revealed the source.
