Will Smith and Jada Pinkett have been married for ten years now, which, given the high divorce rate amongst Hollywood stars, is a huge achievement. So what’s that special mantra that has kept their marriage together? Rule out divorce!
Will insists they’ll never split because divorce isn't an option for them. “Divorce can’t be an option – it’s really that simple. If you just remove the option... because, if you have the option, one day that person’s going to make you want a divorce,” he said. “That’s been a huge part of the success for her (Jada) and me. We’re like, ‘Listen, we’re going to be together one way or the other so we might as well try and be happy,’ ” he added.
That’s quite an interesting way to keep the marriage bond strong!
