Police in Los Angeles are vigorous in their investigation about how the press already knew about Mel Gibson's arrest for drunken driving in July. Mel is assumed to be the one who leaked the news to various websites. This was possibly the initial source of leak about his arrest and anti-Semitic leanings. Michael Gennaco, Chief Attorney for the Office of Independent Review said that the further steps in this case will be taken only after the investigation about the leak is solved.
