Pop Star Britney Spears, appeared in a Los Angles police station on Monday, and got herself booked for hit and run charges. The 26-year-old Spears, spent about 30 minutes in the Los Angeles police station and got herself, photographed and fingerprinted.
Last month, Spears, was charged with one count of hit-and-run and one count of driving without a valid license after she allegedly smashed her car into another parked car on August 6. Both are misdemeanor charges, each of which carries a maximum of six-month jail sentence.
Last week, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Rebecca Omens, had ordered Spears, to be booked in connection with these charges before Oct 25, when she is required to appear in court.
